"Apitherapy 101 para todos" means, in Spanish, basic Apitherapy for everybody.
Apitherapy is the use of bee products, i.e. propolis, bee venom or apitoxin, honey, honeydew, pollen, bee bread, royal jelly, beeswax, drone larvae, hive air, whole bees, for human and animal health, nutrition, cosmetics, and enhacement of vital functions.
Procedures include oral ingestion, aerosols, injections, beestings, massages, stipers, topical applications and dressings, and others. Medicinal use of bee products is known for thousands of years, and the term "Apitherapy" was first used in the first decades of 20th century. This book offers the A to Z of Apitherapy state-of-the art.
Conditions where Apitherapy has been used include arthritis, cancer, lupus, infected wounds, gastric/intestinal ulcers, skin disorders, respiratory problems, multiple sclerosis, Lyme disease, and over 300 more.
The author published his first book on propolis, one of Apitherapy products, in 1979, and since then he has lectured in a number of countries and published some six books on the subject.
